Welcome to Stirring Pages! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.stirringpages.com ("Store") and the purchase of any products from us.

By placing an order or browsing our Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are ordering as a consumer residing within the European Union, you benefit from mandatory statutory rights under EU law.

2. Scope and eligibility

  1. These Terms apply to all sales contracts concluded electronically between Stirring Pages ("we", "us", "our") and any user or customer ("you", "buyer").

  2. Products are sold to consumers for personal use. If you are purchasing as a business (B2B), specific consumer statutory protections (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal) do not apply.

3. Prices, orders, and payments

  1. Pricing & Taxes: All prices displayed on our Store are shown in Euros (€) and are inclusive of statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.

  2. Shipping Fees: Shipping charges and delivery options are clearly stated during checkout prior to placing your order.

  3. Contract Formation: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you an Order Confirmation via email.

  4. Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party payment providers.

4. EU 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  • Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) physically take possession of the goods.

  • Exercising Withdrawal: You can exercise your right by using our online "Return Items" function on an order in your profile, or by sending an explicit declaration to us via email at info@stirringpages.com.

  • Effects of Withdrawal:

    • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notification or returned goods.

    • We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless we agree otherwise or offered free returns, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

  • Exceptions: Custom-made, personalized goods, or sealed media/software unsealed after delivery are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law.

5. Legal guarantee and conformity (2-year warranty)

  1. Under EU law, all physical goods sold by Stirring Pages carry a mandatory minimum 1-year legal guarantee against defects or non-conformity.

  2. If a product received is defective, damaged, or does not match its description:

    • You are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge.

    • If repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, you may request a price reduction or full refund.

  3. You must notify us of a defective product within a reasonable time frame after discovering the issue.

6. Delivery and passing of risk

  1. Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from order confirmation.

  2. The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you when you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the items.
