We have a 14-day return policy on online purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Items bought at the market stall may not be returned as all market sales are final.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.

The return process

To start a return, simply contact us at info@stirringpages.com. We’ll provide any further instructions you need. Approved returns should be sent to: Baarsweg 3, 1317 RZ, Almere, The Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we will request that you ship the item back to us before we process the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or reimbursed by Stirring Pages.

Note:  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that, after we’ve issued the refund, it may take a little additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect it in your account.

Damages and issues

We want your order to arrive safely and exactly as expected. Please take a moment to check your items when they arrive, and if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible at info@stirringpages.com. We’ll be happy to look into it and make things right.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order for the replacement. Once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll process your refund for the original item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
